End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and LogBuddy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the LogBuddy mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

5.1 Explicit and Adult Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Nudity or sexually suggestive images or content
• Content depicting sexual acts or fetishes
• Solicitation of sexual content or services

5.2 Abusive and Harmful Content

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking of other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition
• Threats of violence or incitement of violence against any person or group
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false content about others

5.3 Illegal and Harmful Activities

• Content promoting illegal activities or substances
• Drug-related content or promotion of controlled substances
• Content depicting or promoting violence, gore, or cruelty
• Content involving the exploitation of minors in any form
• Fraudulent schemes, scams, or phishing attempts

5.4 Platform Abuse

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
• Spamming, excessive posting, or flooding the platform with content
• Manipulating rankings, streaks, or leaderboards through fraudulent means
• Uploading malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumventing security measures or content moderation systems
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

5.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Uploading content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Using the App to distribute pirated or unauthorized content
• Claiming ownership of content created by others

5.6 Privacy Violations

• Sharing personal information of others without their consent
• Doxxing or exposing private information about other users
• Recording or sharing content from the App without proper authorization

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated systems and manual review processes to moderate content on the platform. This includes the use of AI-powered image moderation to detect and flag inappropriate content. We reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Agreement
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• Report illegal content or activities to appropriate law enforcement
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations when required

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Agreement, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at support@dectom.dev. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for all content you post and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to share such content.

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LogBuddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGBUDDY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogBuddy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Acknowledgment

By using LogBuddy, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that this Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between you and LogBuddy regarding the use of the App.
